Here are the parts next to their friend Bobble Bag, which was made from the same base pattern. I have chosen a silly green print for the lining, and a Dr. Seuss handle that I thought captured the spirit of the whole thing.
I am plugging away with Clapotis. I actually have dropped one stitch, which I am supposed to do. I repeat that section twelve more times (12 rows per section). I have a lot of knitting left to go.
I am in the mood to sew. That mood doesn't strike very often. I have to work on Thursday and Friday, so the mood may pass before I get there. I have lots of ideas floating around my head, but I'm not sure how to get them created. I need to have a play day.

Great bags! Your clapotis is looking pretty too.
From what I hear - I've never knit it - Clapotis starts getting fun when those stitches are being dropped.
You are good at the bag thing!!
Sewing??
Oh, as a good friend, I am willing to give over to you the horsey pjs to sew. That way you get the sewing thing out of your system, and my daughter gets to actually wear the jammies when they might still fit her--time's a wasting--she's growing--and there is no machine sitting out, poised to operate at my house?!!?*@#!!?
I didn't realize I had to do EVERYTHING for you! I'm in the mood to quilt a little something. Not make horse pajamas. It would only take you two seconds to whip them up anyway. Just do it. You will be so glad you got them off your back. Trust me, I've been there.
I am having issues with getting out the heavy, inconveniently stored, machine!!! Not just the 2 minutes of sewing--ugh
We'll just have to see if this weekend nets some horse jammies, or if the procrastination continues.
